Our standard turn around is three to five days. If you have a deadline, we can provide results in one to two days as well.

Do you have tips to improve recording quality? 
Yes, try to minimize background noise, and have the speakers in close range of the recorder. An external microphone can significantly improve the quality of your recordings.

How are time stamps and time codes helpful?
Time stamps and time codes help in linking the content of your written transcript to the corresponding moments of original audio/video .

How accurate are your transcripts? 
Depending on quality of the audio, our accuracy is 98% or greater.

How do I send you our recordings?
Simply upload your recordings on our FTP site, or share a link of the files if you already have it uploaded to your site.

How do you bill for projects?
We can either bill you on the completion of a project or monthly for on-going services.

I have a large- volume order, will you be able to handle it?
